What size dogs do you accept?

We primarily accept small to medium sized dogs. Larger dogs are considered on a case by case basis.

Does my dog need to be vaccinated?

Yes, all dogs must be up to date with their C5 vaccination.

My dog isn’t desexed, can they still stay?

We accept non-desexed puppies under 12 months on a case by case basis, provided no other non-desexed puppy is already booked in.

What if my dog has special needs or routines?

We're happy to follow your dog's usual routine where possible, including feeding, medication or other care needs.

How many dogs do you care for at once?

We typically care for around four dogs at a time, including our own.

How often do the dogs go for walks?

Daycare dogs get at least one walk a day, boarding dogs at least two. Walks may be adjusted depending on the weather or the group on the day.

Will my dog be left alone during the day?

There may be occasions where your dog is briefly left without a human present, for example while we're out walking other dogs. This is typically no longer than an hour and is always discussed and agreed with you in advance. Dogs must be comfortable being alone and free from separation anxiety for this to apply.

What do I need to bring for my dog’s stay?

Please bring their food, leash, any medications, and something familiar like a bed or blanket.

Do you offer pick-up and drop-off services?

No, owners are responsible for drop-off and pick-up at the agreed times.
