Our Process
We’ve made things simple and stress-free! Here’s how it works:
01
THE INTAKE FORM
Start by filling out our intake form with details about your dog and their needs. This helps us get to know them better and ensure the best experience.
02
THE MEET & GREET
Schedule a meet & greet to introduce your pup to us! This is a great opportunity to discuss your dog's routine, preferences, and any special requirements.
03
ENJOY THE STAY
Once everything is set, book your service and relax knowing your dog is in good hands. We’ll provide updates so you can see how much fun they’re having!
FAQ
Here are answers to common questions about our dog sitting services, so you know what to expect before your pup arrives.
-
Where are you located? We’re based in Homebush, NSW
-
How do I check your availability?Spots are limited on weekdays and tend to book up quickly, especially for dog daycare. If you’re interested in booking, just reach out with your preferred dates and we’ll let you know what’s available.
-
What payment methods do you accept? At the moment, we accept payment via bank transfer or cash.
-
Do you offer pick-up and drop-off services? No, owners are responsible for drop-off and pick-up at the agreed times.
-
What do I need to bring for my dog’s stay? Please bring their food, leash, any medications, and something familiar like a bed or blanket.
-
Do you take all dog breeds? We currently accept small to medium dogs. All dogs must be well-socialised and non-aggressive.
-
My dog isn’t desexed, can they still stay?Possibly. We assess non-desexed dogs on a case-by-case basis depending on temperament.
-
How many dogs do you care for at once?We keep numbers small to give each dog plenty of attention and a relaxed environment. Typically around four dogs, including our own.
-
How often do the dogs go for walks?Dogs are walked at least twice daily, tailored to their energy and needs. Walks may be adjusted depending on the weather.
-
Will my dog be left alone during the day?Only if it’s been agreed to by you in advance for long-term stays (see FAQ: 'Do you offer long-term boarding?'), and only on days when we’re at full capacity for daycare. In this case, your dog may be left alone for short periods (around 1-1.5 hours) while we’re out walking other dogs. We’ll always make sure they’re settled and comfortable before leaving.
-
Do you offer long-term boarding?Yes, however this depends on availability, as we also have regular daycare dogs during the week. If your dog is comfortable staying home alone at times, for short periods (around 1–1.5 hours), while we’re out walking others on fully booked days, this usually isn’t an issue. Your dog will still enjoy their daily walks, and we’re always happy to chat about their needs to see if it’s the right fit.
-
What if my dog has special needs or routines?Just let us know! We're happy to follow your dog’s usual routine where possible - including feeding, medication, or other care needs.
